The breeder for the Utsuri is Omosako Koi Farm in Japan. Omosako is well known for its Shiro Utsuri. The Utsuri in this photo is the daughter of 'Musashi'. This three years old mermaid won 3rd place in its class at the ZNA All Japan Show in November 2007. ZNA All Japan Show is one of the biggest show in Japan with over 5,000 kois entered by the hobbylist.

The breeder of this Utsuri is Ogata Koi Farm in Japan. The utsuri in this photo is a Shiro Utsuri (black with white). From the inky black sumi (marking) to the snow white body - doesn't she looks like a "Pied Mermaid" to you?
